The show kicks off with Emily Thorne arriving at the Hamptons. She appears to be a friendly and sophisticated ‘girl next door’ but looks can be deceiving.
Emily is hiding a dark family secret. Seventeen years ago, her father was framed for a crime by neighbours he trusted, and was sentenced to life in prison.
